It's Kyle Hebert (aka the North American Dub voice actor of Teen Gohan from Dragon Ball Z and he is also the Narrator on Dragon Ball Z as well) and me! This is my first time meeting him. I will also meet him again at Matsuricon 2009 in August 2009. ^_^
